Pallet Sizes We Handle

UK Standard Pallet
The most common pallet size in the UK.
Euro Pallet (EPAL)
Standard across Europe. Common for imports/exports.
Half Pallet
Ideal for smaller loads and single items.
Oversized Pallet
Wider, longer, or heavier than standard.
What We Carry
Single Pallet Delivery
One pallet collected and delivered direct to your door.
Multiple Pallets
Fit 3-4 standard pallets depending on size and weight.
Oversized Pallets
Larger or overhanging pallets — declare full dimensions.
Heavy Pallets
Tail-lift handles up to 750kg safely.
Tail-Lift Loading
Electric tail-lift for smooth loading, no forklift needed.
Extra Vans
Large shipments? We deploy additional vans.
Before You Book Your Pallet
Declaring your pallet correctly avoids delays and failed collections.
Declare Overhang
Even a small overhang changes loading. Declare the full footprint.
Weight Limits
Standard tail-lift handles up to 750kg. Over that needs extra capacity.
Height Clearance
Max internal height 6ft 6in. Taller pallets must be declared.
Non-Stackable Items
Oversized or fragile pallets treated as non-stackable.
Not sure if your pallet fits? Call us with dimensions and weight — we'll confirm within minutes. Too big for one van? We arrange extra vans.
How to Measure Your Pallet Correctly
Always measure the fully loaded pallet, not the empty base. Include overhang, packaging, or protruding parts.
- 1
Length
Longest point, including overhang
- 2
Width
Widest point, including protrusions
- 3
Height
Floor to highest point of the load
- 4
Weight
Total gross weight (goods + pallet)
⚠️ Important: Under-declared dimensions or weight can result in re-rating, delayed collections, or failed deliveries. If in doubt, over-measure.
Remember
Measure loaded, not empty
The pallet base is often smaller than what's stacked on it. Always measure the widest, longest, and highest points of the load — including any shrink wrap, strapping, or packaging that sticks out.
